What has your experience been like working with One Eighty IT, llc?

Our experience working with One Eighty IT has been excellent. They are prompt to respond to requests for support or outages. One Eighty is great about scheduling maintenance and service work.

 

What has impressed you the most about our services?

I’m most impressed by how often they remotely check our servers and systems. I receive notifications anytime someone logins in to our server.

Their support team checks our system at least once a week if not more regularly.

 

What specific benefits have you experienced since working with us?

One Eighty IT handles all aspects of IT from hardware setup and configuration to regular service and maintenance. I actually have to do very little hands on work within our system.

 

How would you describe our responsiveness and expertise?

The level of technical knowledge and industry experience leads to very few if any problems with our system. Their team gets it right the first time.

 

Would you recommend our services to others? Why?

I highly recommend One Eighty IT for any business setting but especially churches. Their background in IT and churches makes them invaluable for installing and maintaining secure IT, and WiFi in a church setting.
